- Heinä滾筒落下試驗機是用來測試多樣小物件零組件破損情形。本機器可適用於執行IEC 60068-2-31（包含IEC 68-2-32、BS EN 60068-2-32）。
- 操作原則
- 受測物放置餘滾筒落下試驗機中。設定欲測試之次數後開始運轉。本機將會使受測物依照慣性落於機器底座隨機位置。
- 選擇本機滾筒轉動的速度，使受測物落於試驗機底座中央。所有數?設定皆可依照需求調整。
- 本滾筒落下試驗機符合歐盟機械指令89/392、其修訂指令91/368, 93/44及93/68之標準。

滾筒落下試驗機無法用來測試易爆物或會釋放出有害氣體之類似物體，將會危害操作者的健康或是周圍環境。

- Heinä落下試驗機是用來測試多樣小物件零組件破損情形。
- 操作原則
- 將待測試的物品放置在機器的吸力板上，並以在3.45-6.25m區間的選取秒速或600-2000mm高度落下。
- 落盤引導測試物品以正確角度掉落至底部。在我們的落下試驗機上，另可附加一個高速相機，在受測物撞擊機器底座時，用以確認墜落過程中的各種細節。
- 本落下試驗機符合歐盟機械指令89/392、其修訂指令91/368, 93/44及93/68之標準。

Drop Tester DT3000s with optional high-speed camera
- High-class drop testing
- Heinä's Drop Tester is used to test the breakage of various small items and components.
- Operating principles
- The item to be tested is attached to the suction pads of the machine and dropped from height of 600-3000 mm.
- The dropping tray guides the item down towards the base in a right angle. With our Drop Tester you can also attach a high frequency video camera to the equipment in order to verify what actually happens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine.
- The Drop Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 89/392 and its amendments 91/368, 93/44 and 93/68.

Restrictions
Abrasion Tumbler 640/3i must not be used to test explosive objects or such objects which at breaking release hazardous gases that may cause a health risk to the user or the surroundings.

- 創新耐磨試驗機
- Heinä耐磨試驗機用來測試電子產品對於小分子，如灰塵、紡織塵、細砂之磨損度。
- 操作原則
- 受測物放置於滾筒中三處測試架中，滾筒與測試架中包覆丹寧布與細直條丹寧布，作為測試磨損度之標準材料。依照使用者的需求，也可使用其他不同材料測試齊磨損度。
- 三個測試架分別被防塵隔板隔開。前後滾筒皆以透明聚碳酸脂製成。滾筒之轉動速度可設定範圍為10-30 rpm。測試時間以可程式計數器設定。
